Type: Blubber Style "Eccentric Crescent" Crescent Knife.
Material: Fine Grained Equigranular Glassy Basalt.
Size: 3" Long x 15/16" Wide.
Grade: G-5 Has large shallow primary clamshell percussion flaking followed by edge pressure flaking and strategic grinding. May have had a specialized distal cutting edge that was broken off in ancient times. Blade edges have worn graver spurs and serrations. This was a heavy duty multipurpose utilitarian Paleo artifact. It has nice length and size plus no brainer heavy patina with mineral deposits.
Provenance: Reportedly found in the Blackrock Desert Region x Mike Hough collection. Comes with Renegade Artifacts Company DSOP.
